Light and Fluffy Avocado Clouds
These Avocado Cloud Toasts are a fun twist on a keto breakfast favorite. Fluffy baked egg-white clouds meet creamy avocado slices, finished with a sprinkle of everything-bagel seasoning for crunch and flavor. They’re light, high in protein, and as pretty as they are satisfying. Perfect for mornings when you want something fresh and energizing.
A Breakfast That Feels Special
This recipe started as a weekend experiment — I wanted something that looked fancy but was simple enough to make before coffee kicked in. The result was these “clouds,” crisp on the edges and soft inside, sitting on creamy avocado. It’s one of those meals that feels restaurant-worthy but only takes a few minutes at home.
Ingredients That Shine
- Egg Whites: Whipped until airy and baked to golden perfection.
- Avocado: Smooth and rich, it balances the lightness of the eggs.
- Everything-Bagel Seasoning: Adds crunch, salt, and a little magic.
- Olive Oil: A drizzle ties everything together beautifully.
Simple Cooking Tip
Make sure the bowl and whisk for your egg whites are spotless — even a little grease can stop them from whipping properly. That’s the secret to getting those perfect fluffy peaks.
How to Enjoy
These toasts pair wonderfully with:
A light dusting of chili flakes for extra kick.
A hot cup of black coffee or matcha.
Fresh tomato slices on the side.
