Beef and Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry: Fast, Flavorful, and Keto-Friendly
This Beef and Cauliflower Rice Stir Fry is everything you want in a quick keto meal — hearty, colorful, and full of flavor. Ground beef, tender cauliflower rice, and crisp veggies come together with a touch of sesame and ginger for that perfect takeout-style taste. It’s satisfying, low-carb, and ready in about 25 minutes.
Why It’s a Go-To Meal
I make this dish when I need something fast but still crave real flavor. It’s one of those recipes that proves keto food doesn’t have to be complicated — just good ingredients cooked right. The cauliflower rice soaks up all the juices from the beef and seasonings, giving you that fried-rice vibe without the carbs.
Flavor Boosters
- Ground Beef: Juicy, rich, and full of protein.
- Coconut Aminos: Adds that savory depth like soy sauce, but keto-friendly.
- Sesame Oil: A drizzle gives it that unmistakable stir-fry aroma.
- Ginger & Garlic: Bright, warm flavors that balance the richness.
Cooking Tip
Don’t cover the skillet while cooking — letting the steam escape helps the cauliflower rice stay fluffy instead of soggy.
What to Serve It With
This stir fry pairs perfectly with:
A side of spicy keto mayo for dipping.
A soft-fried egg on top for extra protein.
A sprinkle of chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
