Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
Add diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook for 3–4 minutes until vegetables are softened.
Stir in cauliflower rice, coconut aminos, sesame oil, ground ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.
Cook for another 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently, until cauliflower rice is tender and most of the moisture has evaporated.
Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Remove from heat and top with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
