- 1 fully cooked bone-in ham 8–10 pounds, spiral-cut preferred
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar-free honey substitute such as keto honey syrup
- 2 tbsp brown erythritol sweetener
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a roasting pan with foil and place a roasting rack inside. Set ham cut-side down on the rack.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sugar-free honey, brown erythritol, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Brush half of the glaze evenly over the ham, making sure it seeps into the cuts between slices if spiral-cut.
- Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake for 1 hour. Remove foil, baste with more glaze, and continue baking uncovered for another 45–60 minutes, basting every 20 minutes, until heated through and caramelized.
