Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture, slightly mounding it in the center.
Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with half a slice of bacon, securing with a toothpick if needed.
Arrange poppers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 18–22 minutes, until bacon is crispy and cheese is bubbling.
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
Notes
These bacon-wrapped poppers can also be cooked in an air fryer at 375°F for about 12–15 minutes for extra crispiness.
