Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Lay the mozzarella slices onto the baking sheet, spacing them slightly apart.
Bake for 5–6 minutes, until the edges begin to bubble and brown slightly.
Remove from the oven, place 2 pepperoni slices on each piece, and add a thin smear of sugar-free pizza sauce.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, then gently roll each slice into a tight roll-up while warm.
Let cool slightly to set before serving.
Notes
