Garlic Butter Sauce
3tbspunsalted butter

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then sear in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter until coated. Sprinkle with parsley and remove from heat.
In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté zucchini slices for 3–4 minutes until tender but crisp. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
