Ingredients

Steak Bites

  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped

Zucchini

  • 2 medium zucchini sliced into half-moons
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking zucchini

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season steak cubes with salt and pepper, then sear in batches for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Return steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter until coated. Sprinkle with parsley and remove from heat.
  • In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté zucchini slices for 3–4 minutes until tender but crisp. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Serve steak bites over sautéed zucchini or alongside for a balanced keto meal.

Notes

For extra flavor, deglaze the skillet with a splash of beef broth before adding butter. Each serving has approximately 4g net carbs.
