  • 1 lb salmon cut into 1-inch cubes, skin removed
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar-free honey substitute
  • 1 tsp hot sauce low-carb
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Pat salmon cubes dry and season with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat until melted and bubbling.
  • Add salmon bites in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Lower heat and stir in the sugar-free honey substitute and hot sauce. Toss to coat and simmer for 1 minute.
  • Serve immediately with extra sauce drizzled on top.

Notes

For an air fryer version, cook the seasoned salmon at 400°F for 8 minutes, then toss in the hot honey butter sauce. Adjust heat level to taste!
