Ingredients

Chicken Base

  • 2 lb cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeños fresh or pickled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Topping

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 jalapeño sliced for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream, chopped jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken until fully coated. Spread mixture evenly into the baking dish.
  • Top with shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, and sliced jalapeños.
  • Bake 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with melted cheese.

Notes

Spice level can be adjusted by using more or fewer jalapeños. Serve with keto veggies, over cauliflower rice, or as a dip for celery sticks.
