Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 7–8 minutes.
Assemble salad bowls with romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and paprika to make the Big Mac sauce.
Top each salad with warm seasoned beef and drizzle generously with Big Mac sauce.
Notes
For even more classic flavor, add a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Adjust the sauce to taste—more pickle juice for tang, or more mayo for creaminess.
