Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for cooking
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 6 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles sugar-free
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 7–8 minutes.
  • Assemble salad bowls with romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced pickles, and red onion.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, and paprika to make the Big Mac sauce.
  • Top each salad with warm seasoned beef and drizzle generously with Big Mac sauce.

Notes

For even more classic flavor, add a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Adjust the sauce to taste—more pickle juice for tang, or more mayo for creaminess.
