Instructions
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Scoop out the yolks and place them in a small bowl.
Add the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning to the yolks and mash until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika and chill until ready to serve.
Notes
For extra richness, replace 1 tablespoon of mayo with sour cream. Add chopped chives or bacon for even more flavor while keeping carbs minimal.
