  • 3 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp ranch seasoning sugar-free
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Instructions

  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  • Scoop out the yolks and place them in a small bowl.
  • Add the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning to the yolks and mash until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and chill until ready to serve.

Notes

For extra richness, replace 1 tablespoon of mayo with sour cream. Add chopped chives or bacon for even more flavor while keeping carbs minimal.
