Ingredients

Pork Rind Onion Rings

  • 1 large onion cut into thick rings
  • 2 cups crushed pork rinds fine crumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Burger Stack

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 preferred
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 2 tbsp sugar-free ketchup

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Set up two bowls: one with beaten eggs, one with pork rind crumbs mixed with paprika and salt.
  • Dip onion rings into egg mixture, then into pork rind crumbs. Press firmly to coat.
  • Fry onion rings 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  • Season ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties and cook in the skillet 3–4 minutes per side. Top each patty with cheddar to melt.
  • Stack patties with sliced avocado and sugar-free ketchup. Serve with pork rind onion rings on the side.

Notes

For extra crunch, place finished onion rings in the air fryer for 2 minutes. Add bacon or a fried egg to the burger stack for more keto-friendly richness.
