  • 1 cup chopped spinach fresh or frozen (drained)
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped, packed in water
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the spinach, cooking until wilted if using fresh.
  • Add the artichoke hearts and garlic, cooking for 1–2 minutes.
  • Stir in the cream cheese until melted and smooth.
  • Add the sour cream, mozzarella, and parmesan. Stir until fully combined and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm with keto-friendly dippers.

Notes

For a golden bubbly top, transfer the dip to an oven-safe dish and broil for 2–3 minutes. Add jalapeños or red pepper flakes for heat!
